SANDY, Utah - Utah Royals FC (0-1-1, 1 point) hosts Portland Thorns FC in the third match of the NWSL Fall Series on Saturday, October 3 at 8:00 p.m. MT. The match will be broadcast live on CBS Sports Network and available for streaming on CBS All-Access.

Utah played its first match at Rio Tinto Stadium in nearly a year last Saturday in the second match of the Fall Series. The team got off to a fast start, scoring two goals in under 25 minutes by Aminata Diallo and Tziarra King. The match against OL Reign ultimately ended in a 2-2 draw, earning Interim Head Coach Amy LePeilbet her first result at the helm.
Saturday will mark the second time Utah has faced Portland Thorns FC in 2020, having played to a 3-0 loss in the opening match of the NWSL Fall Series on September 20.
