Lancers Rolling - River City goaltender Jeff Lerg has won three games in a row and his Lancers are on a roll with seven wins in their last 10 games.
Struggles - Danville is winless in ten games and the Wings' struggle has helped Waterloo and Green Bay climb to within just one and three points, respectively. Green Bay has been hot of late with four wins in a row.
Sioux-per - Sioux City has kept pace in the West with an 8-1-1 record over its last ten games.
Score Early - Lincoln is 19-2- 1 when scoring first. Storm Trooper - Tri-City's Tom Pohl has scored in three straight games.
Wild Buccaneer - Des Moines' Mike Erickson is in the midst of a six-game points streak. He has eight total points over that span.
Streaking - Five USHL teams are entering the 2004 Prospects / All-Star Game with winning streaks of at least two games.
Doughnuts - Five USHL goalies are tied atop the league's leaderboard with three shutouts each: Joe Fallon (CR), Phillippe Lamoureux (LIN), Peter Mannino (TRI), Kevin Regan (WAT) and Justin Tobe (DAN).
Shootouts - Sioux City goalie Jeff Lantz leads the USHL with four shootout wins.

LPH/USHL Offensive Player of the Week:
Mike Howe -- RIVER CITY LANCERS
Howe (St. Cloud, Minn.), the league's leading goal scorer, earned Offensive Player of the Week honors with a spectacular three-goal, five-assist week. His threegoal outburst against Cedar Rapids included power-play and shorthanded tallies. He also posted a plus-minus rating of plus-6 for the week.
LPH/USHL Defensive Player of the Week:
Jeff Lerg -- RIVER CITY LANCERS
Lerg (Livonia, Mich.) earned Defensive Player of the Week honors with three outstanding performances in goal for the hard-charging Lancers. Lerg was 3-0, allowing just five goals against on 71 shots from Waterloo, Cedar Rapids and Lincoln.
