PENNSYLVANIA VALLEYDAWGS: Activate Vince Hizon (6-2 G, Philippines) and Lou White (6-3 G, Voorhees). Place Willie Chandler (6-5 G, Misericordia) and Paul Alverez (6-1 G, Philippines) on Injured Reserve.
ST. LOUIS SKYHAWKS: Sign and activate Soloman Hughes (6-11 C, California), Steffon Bradford (6-8 F, Nebraska) and Justin Hughes (6-7 F, St. Louis).
