BREVARD BLUE DUCKS: Sign and activate Darrell Johns (7-1 C, Chicago St.), Terrance Simmons (6-3 G, Minnesota), and Antoine Simms (6-1 G, Johnson C. Smith). Release Brent Nelson (6-3 G, Florida) and Tobe Carberry (6-2 G, Vermont). Place Don Carlisle (6-4 G, IUPUI) on Injured Reserve.
PENNSYLVANIA VALLEYDAWGS: Sign and activate Antonio Meeking (6-8 F, Louisiana Tech) and Tim Winn (5-10 G, St. Bonaventure).
