OKLAHOMA STORM: Sign and activate Sam Haley (7-0 C, Missouri). Place Brent Price (6-2 G, Oklahoma) on Injured Reserve.
WESTCHESTER WILDFIRE: Activate Antonio Reed (5-10 G, Tulsa). Place Jamal Hunter (6-5 G, Duquesne) on Injured Reserve.
USBL Transactions for April 25:
BROOKLYN KINGS: Sign Courtney Fields (6-7 F, Iona). Release Frank Porter (6-3 G, LIU).
ST. LOUIS SKYHAWKS: Sign and activate Juan Garcia (6-0 G, Mexico), Kenneth Brown (6-10 C, St. Louis), and Dereck Miller( ). Activate Antonio Rivers (6-3 G, Central Missouri St.). Release Johnnie Parker (6-8 F, Missouri), Jeffrey Harrison (6-11 C, Trinity International), Keenan Browder (6-4 F, Eastern New Mexico), and Kechan Johnson (6-5 F, Missouri â St. Louis).

OKLAHOMA STORM: Sign and activate Earl Tyson (6-0 G, Fort Hays St.). Release Sam Haley (7-0 Missouri), Andre Mathews (6-5 G, Delaware), and Jamar Brown (6-9 F, Southern Colorado).
PENNSYLVANIA VALLEYDAWGS: Release Ned Rolsma (7-0 C, Tennessee-Martin) and Marcus Hill (6-5 G, Tulsa). Relinquish the rights to JJ Miller (5-11 G, North Carolina St.), Marcus Smith (6-3 G, SE Louisiana), Tommy Adams (6-3 G, Hampton), Charles Hanks (6-8 F, Bimiji St.), and Louis Bullock (6-7 F, Michigan).
