
United Football League Stars Shine for NFL Teams

JACKSONVILLE, FL - Monday, December 20 - Stars of the 2010 United Football League season continue to showcase their skills for National Football League teams, as several made an impact during Week 15 action.
Florida Tuskers running back DOMINIC RHODES saw his first extensive playing time in his third stint with the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, helping the team to a key 34-24 home win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Rhodes ran nine times for 26 yards, caught a pass for four yards and returned three kickoffs for 51 yards.
Rhodes rewrote the UFL record book during the 2010 season, setting new single-season marks for total touchdowns (10), rushing yards (547) and all-purpose yards (918). He was third in the UFL in yards from scrimmage (652) and second in kickoff return average (21.7). Rhodes scored at least one touchdown in each of the first seven games of the season. Rhodes had three 100-yard rushing games for the Tuskers this fall - 103 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries in Week 4 at Hartford, a team-record 111 yards and a touchdown on just 11 carries in Week 8 at home vs. Omaha and 102 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries in Week 9 at home vs. Hartford.
In the 2010 UFL Championship Game, Rhodes ran 20 times for 67 yards and caught four passes for 29 yards.
Tuskers defensive end ERIC MOORE continued his solid play for the Patriots in their 31-27 home win over the Green Bay Packers. Starting for New England at right defensive end, Moore recorded a solo tackle, an assist, a sack for minus-6 yards, a tackle for loss and two quarterback hurries.
Moore joined the Tuskers on October 4 after spending 2010 training camp with the Carolina Panthers, and was on Florida's roster for the final five regular-season games and the UFL Championship Game. During the regular season, Moore had two sacks, 12 total tackles, two passes defended, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and a half-tackle for loss. In the UFL Championship Game, he had total tackles and a tackle for loss.

- Las Vegas Locomotives kicker STEVEN HAUSCHKA made 3 of 3 on field goals (46, 35 and 45 yards) and was 2-for-2 on extra points in the Denver Broncos 39-23 loss at the Oakland Raiders.
- Florida Tuskers cornerback KEIWAN RATLIFF recorded a solo tackle and an assist on defense, and added a special teams tackle in the Cincinnati Bengals 19-17 home win over the Cleveland Browns.
- Hartford Colonials safety EMANUEL COOK recorded a solo tackle and an assist on special teams in the New York Jets 22-17 victory at the Pittsburgh Steelers.
- Atlanta Falcons kicker MATT BRYANT (Florida 2009) was 2-for-2 on field goals (27 and 25 yards) and 4-for-4 on extra points in a 34-18 road victory against Seattle.
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver MICHEAL SPURLOCK (Florida 2009) caught a pass for 19 yards, returned 3 punts for 31 yards with a fair catch and returned 4 kickoffs for 76 yards in a 23-20 home loss to the Detroit Lions.
- Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman SHAUN SMITH (Las Vegas 2009) started at left defensive end and had two solo tackles in a 27-13 win at the St. Louis Rams.
Tonight, Hartford Colonials running back LORENZO BOOKER will play for the Minnesota Vikings against the Chicago Bears at home on Monday Night Football.
