THE TITANS WEEKEND STARS

Tyler Gjurich: After a great stint up in the ECHL with Elmira, Tyler came back to the Titans with force. Gjurich had nine points (three goals, six assists) in three games including six against Brewster Saturday night. His second goal of the evening ended up being the game winner.

John Scorcia: John continues to improve as the season moves along and is making a serious case for rookie of the year in the league. Scorcia had eight points (two goals, six assists) in three games with five coming against Brewster.

Phil Bronner: Bronner has been a wrecking ball for the Titans all year and showed his ability to dominate. Phil finished the weekend with three goals and an assist in three games, including the game winner against Dayton on Thursday. His physical play Saturday night also helped set the tone for Danbury.

MEET STEVE BROWN: 44

Steve is from Fayetteville North Carolina and previously played for the Pensacola Ice Flyers. He has played in Danbury for three years.

He would love to move to Jamaica. His first hockey memory is going to early practices with his mom. "I usually don't wear a mouth piece and one game i decided to, took a high stick to the mouth and lost both my front two teeth. It was my most bizarre hockey memory". He would like the fans to know that
