
UIF names Players of the Week

Omaha, NE - United Indoor Football is pleased to announce that Terrance Bryant, Eric Norris and Richard Johnson have been named the three Players of the Week for week four. Bryant of the Sioux Falls Storm led his team to a huge victory over the Omaha Beef to receive Offensive Player of the Week. Norris of the Lexington Horsemen was voted as the Defensive Player of the Week for his play against the Ohio Valley Greyhounds. Johnson of the Evansville BlueCats for the second time in as many weeks has been named Special Teams Players of the Week, this time for his play against the Rock River Raptors.
Terrance Bryant (SFS) completed 12-19 passes for 215 yards and seven touchdowns. In week five, the Storm will host the Billings Outlaws (0-3).
Eric Norris (LEX) had four solo tackles, three assists, 5.5 total, two tackles for loss for 11 yards, one interception and one sack against the Greyhounds. The Horsemen will visit the Bloomington Extreme (0-3) in week five.
Richard Johnson (EVA) had five kickoff returns for 97 yards, including a 50-yard return for a touchdown-his second of the season. He also had 4.5 tackles and one pass breakup on defense. Johnson was also the Special Teams Player of the Week in week three. Evansville will host Sioux City (0-3) this Saturday.
Receiving Week Three Honorable Mentions are: Offense, Kewan Dewberry (LEX); Defense, A.J. Bryant (EVA); and Special Teams, Reggie Gray (BLO).
