
UHL suspends Flags pair
April 20, 2006 - International Hockey League 2 (IHL 2) News Release
LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO--- The United Hockey League (UHL) announced Thursday that Port Huron Flags left wing Brett Lutes and goaltender Scott Hay have each been suspended five (5) games as a result of their actions in UHL Game #530, Port Huron @ Motor City, on Saturday, April 15th.
Lutes' suspension is being issued under Rule 58A for being issued a Gross Misconduct.
Hay's suspension is being issued under Rule 33A for Supplemental Discipline.
Both suspensions will carry over to the 2006-07 regular season.
Undisclosed fines were also issued to each player.
