Two Huskies Staff Members Suspended
Published on April 23, 2021 under Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) News Release
Victoriaville, QC - Joseph Ferrar and Jean-François Larochelle, two members of the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies' hockey staff, have been removed from the protected environment currently being held in Victoriaville for failing to follow the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League's COVID-19 protocols.
Moreover, the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies organization is fined $5,000.
Support staff from within the protected environment have been found to replace them. The game will be played as scheduled.
