
Tulsa's Chris Quinn Signs with Cleveland Cavaliers

NEW YORK, March 20, 2013 - The Cleveland Cavaliers today signed Tulsa 66ers guard Chris Quinn for the 28th GATORADE Call-Up of the 2012-13 NBA Development League season. Quinn joins 121 players with NBA D-League experience currently on NBA rosters.
Quinn (6-2, 175, Notre Dame) has played in 25 games, 23 starts, for the 66ers this season, averaging 12.7 points, 6.1 assists, 1.3 steals and 32.4 minutes. He recorded a season-high 21 points in a 96-87 victory over the Austin Toros on Jan. 19 and dished out a season-high 12 assists to go with 18 points in a 123-90 road victory over the Texas Legends on Feb. 12.
A veteran of five NBA seasons, Quinn returns to the NBA having played in 234 career games for the Miami Heat, New Jersey Nets and San Antonio Spurs from 2006-2011. He owns career averages of 4.6 points, 1.9 assists, 1.1 rebounds and 13.8 minutes.
Quinn is expected to join the Cavaliers today and be available when the team hosts Miami tonight at Quicken Loans Arena.
