Toronto - The Toronto Rock have advanced to the NLL Championship Game for the second consecutive season and once again their opponent is the Washington Stealth. Last year, the Stealth captured the Champion's Cup on home turf with a 15-11 win over the Rock, but this year's game will be played right here in Toronto this Sunday at 2pm at Air Canada Centre.
On Saturday, the Rock and the National Lacrosse League will host Media and Fans at Real Sports Apparel at 15 York Street in Downtown Toronto for an exclusive All-Access event leading up to the Champion's Cup. There will be a Q&A period with Media and Fans as well as a chance for Fans to get autographs from a few of their favourite Toronto Rock. In addition, there will also be chances to win tickets to Sunday's NLL Championship Game.
NLL Commissioner George Daniel will also be in attendance along with the NLL Champion's Cup.
Sunday's NLL Championship Game at Air Canada Centre at 2pm will also be broadcast on tape delay on TSN2 at 5pm.
