Torch Unveil Schedule, Tryout and Press Conference Details

East Carolina Torch News Release
Raleigh, NC: The Triangle Torch professional arena football team, members of the American Indoor Football League, will be holding a press conference January 6th, 2016 at 3pm. The press conference will be held at The Factory in Wake Forest, NC. The Torch will introduce the Front Office, Coaching Staff, and some of the players. The Torch will also be holding their final Open Tryout for the 2016 Season on January 16th, 2016. Their final tryout will be held at Proehlific Park in Greensboro, NC. The Torch will host four regular season home games at Dorton Arena. The Home Opener will take place on Sunday, March 20th, at 4:00pm versus in state rival the Winston Wildcats. This rival is the "The Battle of I-40". The Torch will then play their next home game the following weekend on Friday, March 25th, 2016 at 7:00pm versus the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks.

Sat. 5/14 @ Lehigh Valley Steelhawks 7:00pm
The Triangle Torch will play in the North Division of the AIF. The top three teams in each division will qualify for the playoffs. The Torch has the opportunity to host an additional two playoff games if they win the North and have a better record than the South Division champion.
