AIF Comes to Raliegh

BALTIMORE MD, AUGUST 12TH, 2015 - A new era for American Indoor Football in Raleigh NC begins today as AIF Commissioner/CEO John Morris announced that a new team has been awarded to the area. The new club is scheduled to debut in 2016. Dorton Arena will be home base for the Triangle Torch Pro Indoor Football Team.

ABOUT THE TORCH

"The Torch were born out of a love for the game of football and a desire to share that love with our fellow residents of the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill areas. We also want to create a forum to showcase the abilities of as many of the local athletes as possible. We will be proud to represent the Triangle area as a member of the AIF (American Indoor Football League). We look forward to developing strong relationships with residents and businesses in the area as well as creating positive partnerships with our fans."
