Top two teams go head to head in Week 4 action
Published on April 20, 2005 under National Football League Europa (NFLE) News Release
THE NFL Europe League's early season pace-setters will go head to head in Week 4 as the Cologne Centurions (3-0) play host to the Amsterdam Admirals (2-1) at the RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne, Germany, on Saturday April 23.
Later the same day, the Berlin Thunder (2-1) will look to bounce back from their first defeat since Week 6 of the 2004 campaign when they visit the Rhein Fire (0-3), who will be buoyed by their second half showing against the Hamburg Sea Devils in Week 3, when they scored 24 unanswered points.
The Week 4 action concludes with the Frankfurt Galaxy (1-2) welcoming the Hamburg Sea Devils (1-2) to the Commerzbank Arena. Both clubs will be keen to grab a second victory of the year in order to better position themselves to make a run at Yello Strom World Bowl XIII in the closing weeks of the 2005 campaign.
