Toliver Earns All-Arena Honors

The Arena Football League announced today the 2016 All-Arena Offensive Teams. Tampa Bay Storm wide receiver T.T. Toliver earned second team All-Arena honors.

Toliver (6-foot, 185 lbs., Bethune-Cookman) completed his 14th season in the AFL and his sixth full season in the blue and gold. The 39-year old had another stellar season that saw him break several AFL career records. Toliver placed himself among the top receivers in the League, recording 100+ receiving yards in eight games which included a five- game stretch in which he averaged 143.8 yards per game.

The 14-year veteran finished the 2016 ranked in the top five of several offensive categories including: receiving yards per game (4th-98.6), receiving yards (4th-1,578) and receptions (5th-114). He also finished ranked sixth with 13.8 yards per catch. Toliver's 150 total points accounted for 26.4% of the Storm's total points scored (568).

Perhaps his crowning achievement this season was becoming the League's All -Time Leader in career receptions (1,203), career receiving yards (15,760) and career all-p urpose yards (21,415). Toliver's 1,203 career receptions rank third in professional football history and his 15,760 career receiving yards rank fourth in professional football history.

Toliver finished the 2016 season leading the team in all offensive categories with 114 receptions for 1,578 yards and 25 touchdowns.

This is the second All- Arena selection of Toliver's 14 -year career.
