Toledo Royal Knights News Release

Toledo, OH. The ABA Toledo Ice, one of the professional basketball league's 2006 expansion teams that begins play in November, attended the Toledo Chamber of Commerce After Hours Business Night. The Ice were an exhibitor at the event with the objective of meeting area business people and corporations. The team showed an ABA promotional video, held a raffle and awarded team t-shirts.

According to Mike Perdue, Director of Basketball Operations, "One of our goals is to become an integral part of the business community. Toledo is a great city and we think it could be one of the best in the ABA this season. The reception we've had is tremendous and we are deeply appreciative of the support we've received from the Chamber of Commerce and from local businesses."
