Leaving Tuesday night on the first long road trip of the season, the Titans were hungry for points in the standings with four games in five nights.

Wednesday evening saw Danbury in Berlin to face the River Drivers. Berlin jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the 2nd period and it seemed the road trip was going to start off on a sour note. However, the Titans stormed back to force overtime after three goals from Matt Caranci, John Scorcia, and Bryan Dallaire. The extra period did not last long as Phil Bronner scored just 34 seconds into overtime.  Danbury outshot the River Drivers 59-36.

After a long trip and a Thanksgiving dinner Thursday night in Port Huron, the Titans got set to play the Prowlers on Friday night. Despite hanging in for most of the game the Prowlers seemed to be one step ahead of the Titans as Port Huron defeated Danbury 6-3. It was just the second regulation loss for the Titans on the season. Matt Caranci, Bryan Dallaire, and Phil Bronner scored for the Titans.

The team did not have long to linger on the loss as they traveled to Danville to take on the first place Dashers Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday it was the Titans who were one step ahead of the Dashers as they jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first period with goals from John Scorcia and Tyler Gjurich. From then on the Titans shut down the first place Dashers and held them to two goals on the night. Phil Bronner scored the game winning goal early in the second period. Matt Caranci finished off the game late in the third with a goal of his own.

Sunday featured a rematch and it seemed the Titans were destined for a blowout win. The Titans jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first with goals from Brett Liscomb, Bryan Dallaire, and Matt Caranci. By the end of the second, Caranci and Al Graves added goals for Danbury with the period ending 5-2. Danville would storm back with three goals in the third to tie the game, hoping to get some revenge on the Titans for the loss from the previous night. However, John Scorcia scored for the Titans with just under two minutes to go in the third. From there, the Titans shut down the Dashers and secured the victory.

The Titans will return home this upcoming weekend with two games. Friday night features a rematch with the Danville Dashers. On Saturday the Titans will look for some revenge against the Port Huron Prowlers. Puck drop for both games is 7:35 PM.
