
Titans Blast RiverDrivers for Second Straight Night

With the playoffs looming the Titans are looking to head into the postseason on a high note. They are another step closer as they scored 10 goals on the Berlin RiverDrivers for the second consecutive evening. The game ended with a final score of 10-2.
11 different Titans tallied multiple point games with Razmuz Waxin-Engback leading the way with a goal and three assists. John Scorcia, Bryan Dallaire, and Mike Henderson registered three points each while Phil Bronner, Dean Yakura, Tyler Gjurich, Ian DeLong, Mike Driscoll, Steve Brown, and Ryan Patsch had two points apiece. This included Gjurich's 50th goal of the season. Matt Caranci and Al Graves tallied the remaining goals for Danbury.
The game also saw the return of goaltender Alex Vazzano after his stint with the Fort Wayne Komets for the last few weeks. He was sharp stopping 26 of 28 shots to help the Titans to victory.
The Titans will wrap up their regular season schedule tomorrow afternoon against the same Berlin RiverDrivers at 2:05 PM before beginning the playoffs next week. For information regarding playoff tickets visit www.danburytitans.com or call 844-DTHOCKEY.
