Titans Battle for the Title - Playoffs Start this Weekend

THE TITANS WEEKEND STARS

John Scorcia - The FHL Rookie of the Year had a big weekend with two goals and four assists. His late goal on Sunday at Berlin proved to be the game winner to secure the weekend sweep for the Titans. Scorcia finishes the regular season with 26 goals and 70 assists for 96 points in 57 games.

Tyler Gjurich - The FHL MVP hit another milestone this weekend as he scored his 50th goal on Saturday in Berlin. He finished the weekend with two goals and four assists. Tyler finishes the season with 50 goals and 50 assists for 100 points in 47 games which leads the league.

Alex Vazzano - Vazzy returned from Fort Wayne and had an instant impact as he went 2-0 and stopped 63 of 67 shots on the weekend. Vazzano is 10-2 in 12 games this season with a 2.99 goals against average and a .903 save percentage.

Honorable Mention - Matt Caranci - Caranci returned to the lineup after a long injury absence and had an impact with three goals and an assist.

He also played in his 200th professional game on

Saturday.
