TIPS and Heart O\' Texas Complex set to make announcement

Waco, TX- Tri-States Indoor Professional Sports (TIPS), of the National Indoor Football League (NIFL), and the Heart O' Texas Fair Complex, located in Waco, Texas, will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. Thursday November 20 at the Complex.
"We have had discussions with the Heart O' Texas Complex and now plan to make a major announcement concerning the NIFL 2004 football season." stated TIPS Director of Operations, Garmez Parks.
TIPS owns the Greenville RiverHawks, of Greenville, South Carolina, and will be making other announcements concerning the NIFL 2004 regular season.
