Thunder prepares for IFL meetings this weekend

FRISCO, Texas - The ownership and staff of the Frisco Thunder heads to Galveston, Texas for the Intense Football League's spring meetings January 10-13 at the Victorian Resort and Conference Center.
Owners Jake and Vinita Reed, along with General Manager Dan Ryan, Head Coach Troy Espirit, Sales Manager Steve Kidd and Director of Ticket Sales Toby Atkins will participate in the league-wide management sessions and roundtable discussions regarding team and league operations.
"We have a full agenda and I commend Tommy Benizio and Chad Dittman for putting together an organized and comprehensive schedule," Jake Reed said. "I'm looking forward to a productive weekend that will be the springboard for a successful season for both the Thunder and the league."
The Thunder hosts the opening game of the 2008 IFL season on Saturday, March 1st at 6 p.m. against the San Angelo Stampede Express. All home games will be played on the EDS Credit Union Field in the Deja Blue Arena, located in the Frisco Dr Pepper StarCenter. Season and individual tickets are available now at 972-731-6968.
