HOUSTON - The Texas Thunder is heading into the final weeks of the 2006 season, including its final home series with Team Canada on Aug. 9-12 at Big League Dreams in League City and we want you there!
The final days of the home season will feature a variety of events and the entire Texas Thunder organization hopes that you all can make it out. Listed below are the lists of promotions, events and appearances scheduled by the Thunder, beginning with Tuesday's clinic in Pearland.

**Three Thunder jerseys will be given away to three randomly drawn ticket stubs throughout the night.
At each game this week all Thunder merchandise will also be on sale. All t-shirts will be 2 for $25, programs will be $3, 3/4 sleeve shirts will be $15 and much more. The first 100 fans to spend at least $25 on Texas Thunder merchandise will receive a free t-shirt courtesy of Schutt Sports. Free food coupons from Earl of Sandwich USA and Domino's Pizza will also be given away all weekend long courtesy of the Texas Thunder.
Other opportunities, such as shagging with the pros for just $25, are also available by contacting the Texas Thunder office.
The Thunder is currently playing in Akron, Ohio against the defending league champion Akron Racers. Akron took game one of the series on Wednesday night and game two was rained out last night. The two teams will be in action on Friday night at 6 p.m. CDT for game two, with a doubleheader scheduled for Saturday beginning at 3 p.m. CDT.
