HOUSTON, TX â LINDSAY CHOUINARD (DePaul) and the Texas Thunder shut out the NY/NJ Juggernaut to take a commanding 2 game lead over the 3rd place Naut's. The Thunder offense was hot with 7 hits and 7 runs while the defense played errorless ball behind Chouinard's 3-hit shutout. The game was played in front of a great crowd and lots of fastpitch ball players that were there to see what the future might bring for them.
Players from the Cy Fair Texas Kraze were on hand to be honored on the field in a pre-game ceremony and the first pitch. All the kids stayed for post-game autograph session and pictures with the team.
