
Throwback Thursday, Dinner At The Diamond Headline Weekly Promotions

Syracuse, NY--The Syracuse Chiefs, Triple-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals, announced today the team's list of recurring weekly promotions for the 2010 season.
This season's weekly promotions will once again include opportunities for free and discounted tickets and food, plus chances for players' autographs. The Chiefs have also added a few new opportunities to enhance fans' experiences for the 2010 season.
Beginning Opening Day, Thursday April 8, the Chiefs will celebrate the 50thseason of community ownership on "Throwback Thursday." Chiefs players and coaches will suit up in replica uniforms from 1961 for every Thursday home game this season.
Also new this season, "Dinner at the Diamond" will take place for every Tuesday home game. Beginning one hour prior to game time, fans may enjoy a buffet dinner in the Hank Sauer Room for $18 per person ($16 for children 12 and younger).
Returning to the promotional schedule this season are Knot Hole Gang Days, KRAFT Singles Tuesday Night Tickets, Whistlestop Autograph Sessions, and the newly re-named Promotion Formerly Known as Church Bulletin Night.
Through partnerships with Byrne Dairy, Coca-Cola, and Hofmann, children 12 & younger can register for the Chiefs' free Knot Hole Gang and receive a free ice cream, hot dog, and drink at every Sunday home game. Members will also be invited to run the bases on the field after Sunday games, as well.
"The Promotion Formerly Known as Church Bulletin Night" allows fans to receive one free Level 300 General Admission ticket by bringing a program from their place of worship or a bulletin from a civic organization to the Chiefs ticket office for every Monday home game.
For every Tuesday home game, fans can simply bring a KRAFT Singles package wrapper to the ballpark box office, buy one ticket and get one free from KRAFT Singles.
Also returning for the 2010 season are autograph sessions at Whistlestop Souvenirs prior to every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday home game. Beginning forty-five minutes prior to the start of the game, a Chiefs player or coach will be available to fans for a 15 minute period to sign autographs and take pictures in the souvenir store located on the main concourse behind section 203.
