
Three Players Will Have An Opportunity to Come to Training Camp

The Amarillo Dusters will be conducting their 2007 Free Agent Tryout Camp on Saturday, January 13th at the Amarillo Civic Center North Exhibit Hall. Head Coach Steve Perdue will present a special opportunity for at least three (3) players who participate in this camp.
"We have always believed in working hard at personnel, and tryout camps are a great way to find hidden talent," said Dusters Head Coach Steve Perdue. "I got my first professional opportunity after a tryout camp. So, we are going to offer a minimum of three players from this tryout a chance to come to camp and compete for a roster spot."
Registration for OL/DL and FB/LB will begin at 8:00 am, and those players will begin testing at 9:00 am.
Registration for skill positions will begin at 9:30 am, and testing for those players will begin at 10:30 am.
At 1:00 pm, selected players will be brought back for the "elite" session, for individual evaluation.
Cost is $50.00, and participants can register by contacting the Dusters offices at (806) 322-7277.
