September 3, 2019 - Major League Lacrosse (MLL) News Release

Boston, MA - Major League Lacrosse (MLL) announced today a new partnership with The Westin Denver Downtown, Denver's premiere luxury hotel, as the Official Hotel Partner of the MLL Championship Weekend.

"Major League Lacrosse is excited to partner with The Westin Downtown Denver to provide our fans and players with the best possible experience during Championship Weekend," said MLL Chief Revenue Officer Mark Burdett

The Westin Downtown Denver is a dynamic AAA Four- Diamond hotel conveniently located "just steps away from the Pepsi Center, Broncos Stadium at Mile High, and Coors Field. The hotel's prime location allows guests to experience the mile high city on their own terms." The Westin features a rooftop pool, fitness center, as well as business services for all guests to use. The property includes four restaurants on the premises. The Westin is 15 minutes from the University of Denver, the site of both semi-finals on Friday, October 4th, and 25 minutes from Dick's Sporting Goods Park, the site of the MLL Championship Game on Sunday, October 6th.

"One of our focuses for guests is fitness and wellness, making the partnership with MLL very natural," said John Everett, General Manager for The Westin Denver Downtown. "We are thrilled to be the Official Hotel Partner of MLL Championship Weekend and look forward to seeing the teams as they compete in the semi-finals and finals this fall."

As part of this strategic alliance, The Westin will be granted use of MLL league and teams logos from promotional purposes. The Westin will also receive premium TV exposure through centrally located on field signage. MLL will grant The Westin one television side field board at the stadium, and a 30 second commercial on the video board during the game.
