The Sting Spotted in the Community

February 22, 2013 - Continental Indoor Football League (CIFL)
Saginaw Sting News Release

Saginaw Sting players and staff were on hand at Bob Evans on Gratiot Road in Saginaw, for a meet and greet on Tuesday, February 19th.

"I enjoyed seeing the kids smile and handing out balloons to them," stated new Sting standout DeShawn Hayes. "It was just great showing the community that we care about them.

Hayes, along with quarterback AJ McKenna, defensive back Herb Waits, and offensive lineman Eric Brim, and newly acquired linebacker Enrique Shaw were able to make some great connections in the community. As an organization the Sting strives to give back to the community, and supporting our fans, that believe in the team, is how it all begins. Proving that the Sting BEE-lieve in their fans as much as their fans BEE-lieve in them.

The Saginaw Sting is once again on track to another undefeated season. The Sting take on the Patriots, this Saturday at 7:30pm, on the road at McMorran Place in Port Huron. For updated information on the Sting like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, or visit www.saginawsting.com.
