Chicago Rush News Release

RUSH NEWS

For All The Marbles - The Rush (11-4) returns home to Allstate Arena to conclude its 2007 regular season at 7 p.m. Saturday when it hosts the Kansas City Brigade (10-5) in a game that will decide the Central Division title. The Rush holds a one-game lead over Kansas City heading into the season's final game, but due to Chicago's opening week loss to the Brigade, the Rush needs a victory to secure the division title and a first round bye in the playoffs.

Tickets Still Available - Tickets still remain for this Saturday's game against Kansas City.

Playoff Scenarios - If the Rush knocks off Kansas City Saturday night it will win the Central Division and get a first round bye in the playoffs. The Rush would be at least the conference's No. 2 seed but could move up to No. 1 with a win and a San Jose loss to Las Vegas. Either way, the Rush would get the bye and host a second round game on Monday, July 9.

If Kansas City wins, the Brigade would clinch the division, dropping Chicago to the No. 3 seed in the conference. The third seed means the Rush would host a first-round game at Allstate Arena on Monday, July 2.

Get Your Playoff Tickets - Tickets for the Chicago's first playoff game are on sale.

D-Rob Back For Two More Years - Earlier this week the Rush signed DB Dennison Robinson to a contract extension through the 2009 season.

Let's Tailgate - Fans planning on tailgating prior to Saturday's game should know that the tailgate lot will open at 4 p.m. Parking will be limited to the first 50 cars with grills. Those fans traveling with multiple cars are asked to park their cars without grills in the main parking lot and then join the rest of the group in the tailgate area. This will help maximize the space for tailgating. In the event that the tailgate area fills up, the arena will open an auxiliary area in another location in the parking lot.

Checklist For Fun- If you do have tickets to the game, make sure to maximize your fun with the Rush checklist for a great night:

* 5 p.m. - Dominick's FamilyFest in the Skyline Room, adjacent to the box office, featuring music by Result Records, interactive games, face painting and fun for all. Admission is free.
