The Impact Presents Its Soccer Clinic Schedule

MONTREAL - The Montreal Impact presented on Monday the 2010 schedule of its summer soccer clinics, known as the Impact Réno-Dépôt Soccer Schools.

The clinics will be offered on a three-week span in the summer of 2010. Clinics will be held from June 28 to July 2, from July 12 to the 16 and from August 9 to the 13, from 9 am to noon, at Saputo Stadium. The Impact Réno-Dépôt Soccer Schools are offered to young players aged 5 to 16, who will be grouped according to their age. Participants will benefit from 15 training hours with Impact players. They will receive a ball, a jersey and a souvenir photo. The cost per participant is $185 for one week, $350 for two weeks and $500 for three weeks.

The Impact will once again offer an intensive 10-week clinic, from June 19 to September 4, Saturday afternoon on the Saputo Stadium training field. The program, which is offered to players aged between 6 and 14, is directed by Impact assistant coach Mauro Biello and is offered by Impact and Academy players. Each session will allow players to improve ball control, passes, dribble and shots, while offering an introduction to game tactics. Each participant will receive a ball and a jersey. The cost of the clinic is $275.

An intensive 10-week clinic is also offered to goalkeepers aged 7 to 11, from June 19 to September 4, Saturday afternoon on the Saputo Stadium training field. Training sessions will be led by Impact goalkeeper coach Youssef Dahha. Each participant will receive a ball and a jersey. The cost of the clinic is $275.
