Colonie, NY - The Flock U Coaches Show is officially back, and Firebirds fans are invited to join the action this Saturday at Hooters Albany.

Starting at 3:00 PM, Head Coach Damon Ware will break down the 2026 Albany Firebirds roster, discuss key storylines heading into the season, and preview this year's matchups. The show offers fans an inside look at the team as preparations continue for the upcoming AF1 season.

Hosted in a fun, fan-friendly atmosphere, The Flock U Coaches Show gives members of The Flock a chance to hear directly from Coach Ware, connect with fellow fans, and stay up to date on everything Firebirds football.
