Thanksgiving plate full of three home games for Tornado

This weekend is the perfect time for the Texas Tornado to put a halt to their current three-game skid as they finish off their 11-game homestand with a trio of games against the Springfield Jr. Blues and Santa Fe Roadrunners during Thanksgiving week. Wednesday, November 22nd the Texas Tornado host the Springfield Jr. Blues for the first time this season at 7:30pm at the Dr Pepper StarCenter in Frisco. Wednesday night is the final $1.00 Beer Night of 2006, where fans can get a beer for just $1.00! Wednesday night is also 93.3FM The Bone Night. For only $9.33 fans can get a premium level ticket, hot dog, chips, and a Dr Pepper product for only $9.33! Tickets for the weekend games can be purchased by calling the Tornado office at 972-335-9800, or Purchase Tickets Online Now! Wednesday's game will be broadcast LIVE on the Tornado Hockey Network beginning at 7:15pm with the eLinkSystems Pre-Game Show.
Then, after Thanksgiving day the Tornado will host the 2nd place Santa Fe Roadrunners on Friday, November 24th and Saturday, November 25th. Face-off time both nights is 7:30pm at the Dr Pepper StarCenter in Frisco. Friday night is The Cancer Monument Teddy Bear Toss Night! All fans are encouraged to bring a stuffed animal or teddy bear to the game, and after the Tornado score their first goal Tornado fans will throw the animals or bears onto the ice. The items will then be collected and later given by Tornado players to children in the pediatric ward at the Medical Center of Plano. The Tornado will finish their final home game of the 11-game homestand on Saturday, November 25th against Santa Fe. Saturday night will be a Tornado Poster Extravaganza!

Texas Tornado Booster Club Silent Auction:
The Texas Tornado Booster Club will have a Silent Auction for a Brendan Morrow autographed replica jersey during the home games on November 22nd, 24th, and 25th. The starting bid will be $50.00. It will run all 3 days during the games with the auction ending on the 25th when the puck drops at the start of the 3rd period. The jersey will be on display at the Booster Club Table for all three games.
