On behalf of the Newark Bears baseball team, I would like to thank you, our loyal fans, sponsors and partners, for your support all throughout the 2004 season.
Though we fell just short of our on-field goal of returning the Atlantic League Championship to The Den this past season, I hope that you enjoyed our spirited pennant push that carried until the final week of the season. This pennant race has just fueled our desire to field the best team in the Atlantic League in 2005.
In addition it is my hope that the Bears surpassed your expectations in providing affordable family fun in a clean and friendly atmosphere this past season.
We have already begun our preparations for the 2005 season; and we are looking to make sure that your Bears experience will be even more enjoyable in the future.
