Niagara IceDogs News Release
Dear Niagara IceDogs Fans,
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your support during the push for the new spectator facility. I am eternally grateful for all you have done for us and will forever remember your efforts in making this a reality.
This is a victory not only for the IceDogs, but for all of Niagara and it was a team effort that certainly could not have happened without all of you. The efforts of all your hundreds of e-mails and voicing of your opinions every time a poll or article on the subject of the spectator facility came up were key in helping the council see the support that there was for this project. Combine your effort with the efforts of the New Garden City Complex Advocacy Committee and we had the perfect storm that helped lead to the 9 to 3 vote. Council heard your voice and recognized what this facility can and will do for this city and now it will be a reality.
Thank you all once again for all your support and efforts. Thanks to you it's no longer "Let's Build It" it's now "We're Building It!"
GO DOGS GO!
