
Terry Thomas Named NBLC Player of the Week

The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to announce that Terry Thomas of the London Lightning has been named Player of the Week for the week ending March 5, 2023. This is the third London player to receive Player of the Week honours this season.
Thomas, a 6'4" guard from East Preston, N.S. who played collegiately at the University at Ottawa, was instrumental in London's two victories this week. He scored 27 points per game, pulled down 9.5 rebounds per contest, and also averaged 3.5 assists, 1.0 blocks and 1.0 steals per game.
This is the fourth time Thomas has earned Player of the Week honours in his NBL Canada career; he previously received the award twice with the Moncton Magic, and once with the Island Storm.
