Swashbucklers to crash Super Bowl Party

LAKE CHARLES - What will the two-time defending indoor football champion Louisiana Swashbucklers be doing on Super Bowl Sunday? Watching the game of course!

The team announced Tuesday that they will be teaming up with Gatti's Pizza on Ryan Street in Lake Charles and joining millions of other football fans around the world for America's most watched sporting event on Sunday

Swashbuckler players and First Mate Cheerleaders will arrive at 4:30 to sign autographs and mingle with fans. Kickoff for the main event is scheduled for approximately 5:20PM CST., and team members will be available till game's end. Bucs staff will be on hand with door prizes and drawings during the quarter breaks to win Swashbucklers merchandise. Gatti's will be serving their pizza buffet throughout the game.

Swashbucklers Promotions Director Debbie Holt sees the event as a natural fit. "The Super Bowl is an event that should be enjoyed with a group. Hopefully we can make it a even better event by giving fans the chance to enjoy it with a local pro football player"
