
Swashbucklers Derail Stampede Express 63-45

The Swashbucklers remained undefeated by holding off the Stampede Express this week in San Angelo, Texas by a score of 63-45. Freddie Harrison was back in action after missing last week's game vs. the Wild. He threw for 250 yards on 17 of 31. He finished with 6 touchdowns and 3 interceptions.
Kurt Duhon led the team in rushing with 90 yards and a score. The Swashbucklers leading receiver Marcus Wilridge added 113 yards to his total and 2 scores. Shawn Piper and Keith Smith both hauled in 63 yards and two scores each. Damien Huren added two interceptions to keep pace with the league lead of ten, while Warren St. Junious also contributed one pick.
The Swashbucklers will finish off their three game road trip to Katy, Texas next week with the Katy Ruff Riders, who fell to Odessa in the final minute this week 33-29.
