
Strykers Now Turn Focus to Pump Jacks; Cancer Awareness Night this Friday

The Woodlands Strykers now turn their attention to the East Texas Pump Jacks who will come in for two games to close this current four game homestand that the team is on. The Strykers are coming off a split with the Texas Marshals with the Strykers winning the first game before falling 14-12 in the second game. The Pump Jacks will be in town Thursday through Friday with both games scheduled for 7:05 from The Woodlands Christian Academy.
Thursday's game with the Pump Jacks is a Dollar Thursday with $1 Hot Dogs and Drinks. Friday's game will feature a special promotion in addition to the Family Friday(Free Kids Admission(3-11) and post game autographs). Friday will also be the teams Cancer Awareness night. The team will be selling "Pink" Woodlands Strykers wristbands at the game. Half of the proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society who will also have representatives on hand. The night will also feature a silent auction for a 3 month family membership from our friends at Legends Sports Complex.
