Streak Ends with Close Loss on the Road
TEXARKANA, Texas - All good things must come to an end. The Acadiana Cane Cutters fell 3-1 to the Texarkana Twins at George Dobson Field to end an 11-game winning streak.
Chandler Morris (Texas A&M) drew a walk on a 10 pitch at-bat in the sixth inning. With bases loaded and no outs, the Cutters' only run of the night came off the bat of Nathan Gabryszwski (Lamar University) which scored second baseman Mason Corbett (Texas A&M).
