Storm and K-Frog Announce Partnership for 2009

Lake Elsinore, CA - Local radio station K-Frog (KXFG) has become the official radio partner for the 2009 Lake Elsinore Storm. Fans can tune their radios to 92.9fm to listen to all of the broadcasts throughout the 2009 campaign. Live streaming audio can also be heard through www.stormbaseball.com or www.kfrog.com.

"We're excited about the partnership between KXFG 92.9 and Lake Elsinore Storm Baseball. The K-Frog Stations have been committed to serving the community and various organizations in the Inland Empire for over 19 years. Now we are proud to broadcast the games on 92.9 and help entertain the residents of the Temecula Valley. It is a perfect match teaming up these two family-oriented, community-driven organizations," said Kevin P. Murphy, Senior Vice President/Market Manager for K-Frog. Coverage for the 2009 season begins April 9 with the Storm taking on the Visalia Rawhide at The Diamond at 7:05 pm. Game times for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday are slated for 7:05pm, while Wednesdays are scheduled for 6:05pm. Sunday home games in April, May and June will begin at 2:05pm, while Sunday games in July, August and September are scheduled for 5:05pm. Broadcasts will begin 15 minutes before each game time. The "Voice of the Storm," Sean McCall will return for all the play-by-play action. In addition to the regular season games, you can also catch the 2009 California / Carolina League All-Star Game on K-Frog 92.9fm when it comes to The Diamond on June 23. "This will be a great partnership for the Lake Elsinore Storm, K-Frog and our local fans," said Storm Vice President and General Manager Chris Jones. "We are looking forward to a great 16th season here in Lake Elsinore. We are excited that the best fans around will have the opportunity to follow the Storm both at The Diamond and on K-Frog."
