Storm and Fighters Face off in Eastern Conference Championship

The Fighters head into the Eastern Conference Final with a record of 14-2 after dominating against the Quad City Steamwheelers [57-29]. This week they face off against #2 seed, the Sioux Falls Storm.
PAST MEETUPS - FIGHTERS V STORM
This will be the fifth time the Fighters and Storm face off, with the last meet-up ended in a Fighters win [56-15]. The Storm have had a great season as they have a record of 10-6. Their losses were to the Quad City Steamwheelers twice, one [34-36] and the other [30-47], Green Bay Blizzard [41-47], the Tucson Sugar Skulls [56-42], and the Frisco Fighters [56-15].
PLAYERS TO WATCH
A player to watch this week and most weeks is quarterback, TJ Edwards. Edwards has had a historic season so far passing for over 2,000 yards with 37 touchdowns and rushing for over 800 yards with 45 touchdowns. Edwards coming off his first postseason win, looks to continue production in the Eastern Conference Final against Sioux Falls.
Another player to watch this week is wide receiver, Jerminic Smith. Smith has played a key role on offense having 77 receptions for over 900 yards with 13 touchdowns on the year. He comes off his last game recording 43 yards and a touchdown.
Lastly, another player to watch is defensive back, Kordell Jackson. Jackson has been a lockdown defender this year having over 60 tackles and recorded six interceptions. Last game he recorded one interception and lead the game in tackles.
