The Sting BEE-lieve in Champions
Sting Announce Theme Night to Their Home Opener
The Saginaw Sting is proud to announce that they will be honoring the 2012 CIFL Champions, and local high school MHSAA state champions,
at the first home opener. There will be a presentation of the championship rings prior to kick off. The Sting will also be honoring local 2012 MHSAA State Champions at half time of the game.
February 8th Game to Host Local Heroes
Not only does the Sting BEE-lieve in the champions on the field, but also the champions off the field. The Sting is recognizing the heroic efforts of the Great Lakes Bay Region's finest and bravest. All of our local heroes are invited, including: all police officers, fire fighters, paramedics, boy scouts, girl scouts, teachers, active military and veterans along with their families and friends, to experience Sting Football on Friday, February 8th.
For any local hero, with valid identification, they will receive a general admission ticket for just $8. Kickoff is at 7:30 PM at The Dow Event Center and the tailgate party will begin at 6:00 PM. Tickets are available now at The Dow Box Office. Don't miss the Sting take on the Marion Blue Racers, live on Draper Auto Field.
Draper Auto Brings Back Kick for Cash
Draper Auto, sponsor of the Draper Auto Field, is bringing back a fan favorite. Think you have what it takes to kick a field goal for some cash? Come to a Sting game and find out. Draper will be holding a raffle in the tailgate to see who gets their place to kick for $1,000 in the final regular season home game. Draper Auto's Kicks for Cash is a Saginaw Sting staple, don't miss out!
