Stephen Walters joins HardHats

Former Morehouse College standout Stephen Walters (6'8''-F-81, college: Morehouse), a 6"8 two guard joined the Atlanta HardHats on Friday. Walters was selected in the 2005 CBA draft but was injuried before reporting to camp and had to sit out the 2005-06 CBA season. After rehab, Walters is back in shape and poised to return to pro ball. Known for his shooting skills, the Atlanta HardHats hope Walters, a potential WBA All-star, will return to form. Walters joins the list of Atlanta HardHats who are being pushed by the staff to to perform well so they may get invited by a NBA team for the Las Vegas summer pro league in July. Leroy Davis (6'5''-F-81, agency: ProSportsCareers, college: Georgia St.), Xavier Morton (6'9''-F/C-80, college: Clark Atlanta), William Howard (6'5''-G/F-84, agency: BeSeenHoop.com, college: N.Carolina A&T), Sylvester Morgan (6'11''-C-83, college: Georgia St.), Mike Toth (6'3''-G-84, college: Delaware St.) and Roy Binion (6'8''-F/G-78, college: Talledega) are some of the players currently in camp for Atlanta.
