Steelies Pick Up Chicago Native, Depaul Grad Marlon London

Gary, IN-The Gary Steelheads have announced that versatile guard Marlon London has come aboard for the Steelheads' inaugural season in the International Basketball League.

The 6'5" London had a stellar prep career at St. Joseph High School (Westchester), and was recruited by Roy Williams to play at Kansas University. London played two seasons for the Jayhawks before transferring to DePaul University to finish out his college career.

Steelheads' Head Coach Rob Spon - "Marlon is a terrific pick up for our team because he is a great talent with local ties. His versatility makes him particularly valuable, as he can play the one, two or three spot effectively."
