Steelheads Season and Group Tickets To Go On Sale January 2nd

GARY, Indiana (December 29, 2006) "" The Gary Steelheads announced today that season and group ticket packages will go on sale Tuesday, January 2nd. Season ticket packages range from $70 for bleacher seating up to $750 for "Nicholson" seats. Season corporate tables are available at $2,000, with each table seating four.
"The 2007 Gary Steelheads season will be loaded with fun and excitement," said Steelheads' team president Jewell Harris Jr. "For the price, there is no better form of entertainment in Northwest Indiana."
The Steelheads are also offering innovative benefits for season ticket holders, including priority status for other Showtime Entertainment events, a 10 percent discount on team merchandise, invitations to team special events and programs for ticket donation and exchange. Special discounts and incentives with team sponsors will be an added privilege for those purchasing season tickets.
The Steelheads begin play in the United States Basketball League beginning in April, 2007. The season features 15 home games. The league draft is tentatively scheduled for April 3rd.
Last season, the Steelheads logged their most successful season in franchise history, culminating in a trip to the CBA Finals. The team set numerous franchise and individual records, with rookie coach Jaren Jackson being named CBA "Coach of the Year."
