
Stealth win 8-7 in Overtime Against Anaheim Storm

The Stealth improved their record to 3-1 with a win an 8-7 overtime win over their California rivals, the Anaheim Storm.
After losing the season opener to the Colorado Mammoth in a disappointing fashion in Colorado on Jan.2, the Stealth have rallied back with an impressive three wins in a row.
The California rivalry concluded in epic fashion as Mike Regan scored the final goal in regulation play and then continued to shine as he also posted the game-winning goal in overtime.
Mike Regan (12 goals, five assists) netted five goals and Dan Teat (nine goals, four assists) posted three goals making them the only two goal scorers on the evening for the Stealth. Josh Sanderson (six goals, 12 assists) posted three assists and Gary Rosyski (five goals, eight assists) posted two assists in the match followed closely by Brenan Day (0 goals, two assists) and Rusty Kruger (0 goals, three assists) who both posted one assist.
Brandon Miller got the win in goal for the Stealth making 34 saves on the night with a total of 60:59 minutes played. Miller got the nod for the start after he came off the bench against Philadelphia on Friday, Jan. 23 at HP Pavilion and gave the Stealth the win with 13 saves.
The Stealth improve to 3-1 on the season, which puts them a half a game out of first place behind Colorado in the Western Division. The Stealth's next match up is against the Arizona Sting in the new Glendale Arena Friday, Jan. 30 at 7:30 PM.
