San Jose Stealth News Release

SAN JOSE - San Jose Stealth General Manager Johnny Mouradian announced today that the organization has signed forward Gary Rosyski and defensemen Kevin Fines and Matt Alrich for the 2006 National Lacrosse League season.

Rosyski led the Stealth in goals (28) and points (68) in 2005. Rosyski, who played in last season's NLL All-Star Game, ranked in the Top-20 among all players in goals, assists and points.

The 5-foot-8, 185-pound native of Toronto, Ontario will be entering his seventh professional season. In 89 career NLL games, Rosyski has posted 371 points (184 goals and 187 assists).

"Gary is a very important part of our offense," Mouradian said. "We're looking for our left side to produce a lot of goals this year. With Gary and Derek (Malawsky) having one year under their belts playing together, they will be more comfortable with each other and understand each other's strengths."

Fines will be entering his second NLL season, after posting 19 points (11 goals and eight assists) in 14 games for the Stealth last season. Fines was chosen as the NLL Rookie Of The Week for the sixth week of the season after posting three goals and scooping six loose balls on Feb. 5 at Philadelphia.

Alrich also enters his second NLL season. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound defenseman/forward played in 12 games for San Jose last season, scoring two goals and adding an assist. In his collegiate career at the University of Delaware, Alrich was named first team All-Colonial Athletic Association after leading his team in scoring his senior year (34 goals and 12 assists). He finished his career with 103 points (83 goals and 20 assists).

"Fines and Alrich are coming into their second season and they're understanding what the NLL is all about." Mouradian said. "We're glad to have them back for 2006
