Harrisburg Stampede News Release

HARRISBURG, PA (November 16, 2012) - Harrisburg Stampede Head Coach, Bernie Nowotarski announced today he has signed Iowa State Defensive Line Stand-Out Michael Bibbs and Kansas State All-Conference Offensive Lineman Edward Prince.

Michael currently lives in Williamsport, Maryland and is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He attended Booker T Washington HS and then went on to play for the Iowa State Cyclones. After graduation in 2009, Michael spent time with the Green Bay Packers and the Cleveland Browns. Michael has Indoor experience with the Trenton Steel. During the summer months you can find Michael playing for the Chambersburg Cardinals.

The 6'3" 255lb defensive end has tremendous strength, speed, footwork, handwork and most of all he is a disciplined player. Michael will provide us with the outside push and solid pass rush.

Edward comes to the Stampede from the currently number 1 ranked BCS Kansas State Wildcats. Edward was a Pre-Season All-American and All-Conference selection with the Wildcats. Edward was part of the offensive line that protected Josh Freeman. Edward currently lives in Starkville, Mississippi and we are excited for his arrival in Harrisburg.

The 6'6" 295lb offensive linemen has very good hand and foot work. He has a very long reach and a solid first attach. Edward should be able to add a strong level of protection to our QB.
