HARRISBURG, PA (February 2, 2012) - The Harrisburg Stampede has Bentz Tozer on the Coaching staff as Strength and Conditioning Coach and Defensive Line Coach. However, Stampede Owners Justin Coble and Marques Colston want to Introduce Bentz and his Health and Fitness business, Max Fitness is another local business that has partnered with the Stampede. Bentz and his Fiancee Bonnie, provide a number of programs, dietary and the one on one personal touch that many large gyms do not and cannot offer.

Max Fitness, LLC, is a Central PA business, that was started in 1998 by Bentz Tozer, Jr. In the years since, it has grown into a successful wellness based company, offering many different types of services, including, but not limited to:

Personal Training

Strength Training

Weight Loss

Sports Conditioning

Youth Fitness

Women's Fitness

Senior Fitness

Nutrition Recommendations

Hours Of Operation

Sunday: 12:30-3:30pm

Tuesday: 5-8pm

Wednesday: 6:30-8:30pm (must signup in advance)

Fridays: 5-8pm

All other hours are by appointment & closed to members.
