
Stampede lose to Quebec in Season opener

Buffalo Stampede News Release
The Buffalo Stampede lost to the Quebec Kebs in Quebec 100 to 85 in the opening game of the 2010 PBL season. Quebec was led by Ryan Holmes who scored 25 points and Cordell Jeanty who had 21 points and 8 rebounds. Samuel Audet-Sow also contributed 19. Leading the way for the Buffalo Stampede was Derick Payne who had 21 points and 11 rebounds. Guards Greg Gamble and Andy Robinson, and Forward Kevin Ross also had very solid games for Buffalo. The Stampede will try to get their first wins of the season with two home games this coming weekend. League Champion Rochester comes to the Koessler Center to play the Stampede on Sat. Jan. 9th at 7:30pm and the Maryland Greenhawks play the Stampede on Sun. Jan. 10th at 2pm.
